PHILADELPHIA — As a decision on the validity of Pennsylvania’s controversial voter ID continues to churn in court, state Sens. Anthony H. Williams and Vincent Hughes will announce via teleconference the results of a recent survey providing objective analysis of the impact of the law with  NAACP President and CEO Ben Jealous, and Keith W. Reeves, director of the Center for Social and Policy Studies at Swarthmore College.
