PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 1, 2013 – Small and mid-size businesses wanting to expand their use of mobile application technology to grow their customer base and increase sales have the opportunity to learn and do more at 9 a.m., Oct. 5, through Sen. Anthony Williams’ “Apportunity Knocks” seminar.

The free seminar (and continental breakfast) will cover why apps and smart phones work for businesses, how to develop business applications, and how to market them to consumers.
