Philadelphia, PA, United StatesIn partnership with State Rep. Joanna McClinton and Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, I invite you to participate in the upcoming Delaware County Virtual Expungement Clinic on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
You are eligible for an expungement if you meet these qualifications:
- Only Delaware County arrests are eligible
- Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged (non summary convictions cannot be expunged)
- Some misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed
- Must have no current criminal charges
- Must not be serving probation time

Policy Hearing on Racial & Gender Bias in the Courts
Philadelphia, PA, United StatesAt the request of PA Legislative Black Caucus (PLBC) chair Rep. Donna Bullock (D- Philadelphia), vice-chair Rep. Summer Lee (D- Allegheny), and PLBC members Sen. Anthony H. Williams (D- Delaware/Philadelphia) and Sen. Sharif Street (D- Philadelphia), the Pennsylvania Senate and House Democratic Policy Committees will hold a virtual public hearing to discuss racial and gender bias in the court systems across the state. Members have requested this hearing to build off the continuing efforts of the Philadelphia City Council and Councilmember Kenyatta Johnson to work toward justice in the Philadelphia court system. This joint policy hearing will examine racial and gender bias experienced or observed by groups who interact with the court system including judges, lawyers, staff, advocates, and the public.
The Senate Democratic Policy Committee is chaired by Sen. Katie Muth (D-Berks/Chester/Montgomery), and the House Democratic Policy Committee is chaired by Rep. Ryan Bizzarro (D- Erie).
The hearing is scheduled for Friday, February 19, 2021, at 10 a.m. It will be livestreamed at SenatorMuth.com/Policy and the PA Senate Democratic Caucus Facebook page.

During our shredding events, we aim to help you get organized and give you a greener sense of security. Bring your old documents, folders, and correspondence to be securely shredded on-site. It's the perfect opportunity to clear out clutter and ensure the safety of your personal information.
Please note that we are unable to accept TVs or monitors. Each person can bring two boxes or two bags of paper for shredding.
