PHILADELPHIA — State Sen. Anthony H. Williams will speak Sunday afternoon, April 7, during National Holocaust Day observances at the Holocaust Monument, 16th and the Parkway, Philadelphia.
Sen. Williams is scheduled to speak at 1:40 p.m. But, if it rains, the ceremony will be moved to Congregation Rodeph Shalom, 615 N. Broad St., and Sen. Williams will speak at approximately 2:10 p.m..
