Harrisburg – June 2, 2017 – State Sen. Anthony H. Williams (D-Philadelphia/Delaware) will be hosting a discussion on what it takes to build a peaceful community on Sat. June 3, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Delaware County Technical High School (Folcroft Campus). 

The event will bring people from across Delaware County together to open a dialogue about the urgent need to create a peaceful community.  Citizens will be able to meet and talk with law enforcement officials, leaders and others about what it takes to bring the community together and how police officers can interact with the neighborhoods they serve. 

The panel discussion topics include bridging the gap between police and the community; training of officers and policies.
