HARRISBURG, Wednesday, Dec. 9 – State Sens. Anthony Hardy Williams and Judy Schwank today said they have introduced a proposal for a constitutional amendment that would strip the Pennsylvania Supreme Court of its power to appoint members of two judicial oversight boards.
