PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 17, 2014 — State Sen. Anthony H. Williams will deliver the keynote address Monday, Jan. 20, during the Christian Street YMCA’s MLK Day Celebration.
The event, which marks the kickoff of the centennial anniversary of the Y’s service to the community on Christian Street, will run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sen. Williams is scheduled to attend the event between 2:15 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.
The Christian Street YMCA’s Martin Luther King Jr. celebration will feature youth workshops on subjects ranging from education to male and female imaging.
