HARRISBURG, Nov. 20, 2013 — Nearly two months after helping residents in Philadelphia and Delaware counties become healthier, Sen. Anthony H. Williams will wrap up his “2013 Health Awareness Season” and announce the winner tomorrow, Nov. 21, of a free one-year membership to LA Fitness South Philadelphia.
The “2013 Health Awareness Season” opened in early October and offered free six-week classes in personal training, line dancing, yoga, Zumba, the “Showdown Dance Workout,” and the “Insanity Challenge.”
Joining Sen. Williams tomorrow will be Dwayne Townsend, Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader choreographer and head of the Health Season’s Showdown Dance Workout; Tyrone Muse, personal trainer instructor; Ron Stokes, LA Fitness South Philadelphia general manager; and the winner of the one-year gym membership.
Participants in the senator’s Health Awareness Season will also have the option of joining LA Fitness South Philadelphia without having to pay the initiation fee.
