PHILADELPHIA, APRIL 26, 2010 — State Sen. Anthony H. Williams will join PA CareerLink and the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia to host Career Fair 2010, a free event that is open to the public.
The event takes place on Tuesday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia Recreation Center, located at 43rd Street and Woodland Avenue.
“Our Career Fair in February was very successful. More than 300 participants received valuable insight from our many vendors and representatives,” Williams said. “I’m so pleased to be offering this free event again. It’s a great opportunity for individuals to take the first step toward a more fulfilling job, so I invite everyone to attend.”
More than 35 vendors in industries ranging from technology, health care, retail and labor to media, finance and government are slated to attend.
