Philadelphia, March 8, 2011 — Sen. Anthony H. Williams invites seniors to attend his upcoming Senior Fair.
The event takes place on Friday, March 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Southwest Senior Center, 6916 Elmwood Ave. in Philadelphia.“Our seniors are intelligent, healthy and focused individuals who want to learn more about the services that are available to them,” Williams said. “I welcome them to attend my senior fair to see how participating agencies and vendors can assist them.”
Participants will be able to receive valuable information from Wells Fargo about reverse mortgages, Philadelphia Corporation for Aging about senior services, Brown’s Shoprite, Alzheimer Association, Caise Financial, Social Security Administration and Mercy Health Systems. There will be giveaways and special presentations from the participating agencies.
