PHILADELPHIA − May 29, 2020 − Senate Democratic Whip Anthony H. Williams (D- Philadelphia/Delaware) has sent the following letter to Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati requesting Senate rules changes to better protect staff and members after it was revealed that there was an undisclosed case of COVID-19 in the General Assembly.
