Immediate Steps to Take

  • Contact the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management to complete a damage survey.
  • Contact the American Red Cross of South Eastern PA if you need emergency shelter.
  • Once you return home, inspect and document all damage.
  • Salvage any important documentation (receipts, bills of sale, insurance information, etc.). This will be helpful for claiming any portion of funds that may be given.
