According to figures released by the state last week, more than 750 thousand registered Pennsylvania voters — 9 percent — don’t have a Pennsylvania driver’s license or alternative PennDOT identification. One state Senator says the Voter ID law is unconstitutional, and appears to be unworkable as well.
