Blackwell West Philadelphia Regional Library want to make sure you are prepared to use Philadelphia’s new voting system inviting you to attend a Voting Machine Demonstration. The event will be held October 15 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Lucien E. Blackwell West Philadelphia Regional Library located at 125 South 52nd Street in Philadelphia.
