In partnership with MFI Law Group , Senator Anthony H. Williams invites you to participate in the Spring Philadelphia County Expungement Clinic on Friday, May 15th from 2 pm – 6 pm located at Community of Compassion CDC, 6148 Cedar Ave. Philadelphia
If you have ever been arrested, but were never convicted of the crime, or only
convicted for a summary offense, you may be eligible to have your record eliminated.

Eligibility requirements:
- Only Philadelphia County arrests are eligible
- Only non-conviction charges or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged
(non summary convictions cannot be expunged) - Must have no current criminal charges
- Must not be serving probation time
