Mentoring is Brotherhood Challenge – Male Volunteer Recruitment Event

State Sen. Anthony H. Williams (D-Philadelphia/Delaware) has joined with Philadelphia Eagles safety Rodney McLeod to present the Big Brothers Big Sisters “Mentoring is Brotherhood Challenge” male volunteer recruitment event on Saturday, April 15 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Modell’s at Darby Township Fire Station, 1351 Hook Road, Darby Township, PA.
Big Brothers and Sisters has more than 1,200 children on the waiting list for mentors, and the majority are African American or Hispanic boys. The event is designed to help recruit mentors for the children.
