State Senator Anthony H. Williams and State Rep. Joanna McClinton invite you to participate in the upcoming Free Criminal Record Expungement & Sealing Clinic  on Saturday, January 21st  from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Myers Recreation Center located at 5801 Kingsessing Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

You are eligible for an expungement if you meet these qualifications:

• Only Philadelphia County arrests are eligible
• Only non-conviction charges or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged
• Some 2nd and 3rd degree misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
• Must have no current criminal charges
• Must not be serving probation time
