State Senator Anthony H. Williams and State Representative Joanna McClinton in partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and Widener University School of Law invite you to participate in a Expungement Clinic.

If you have ever been arrested, but were never convicted of the crime, or only convicted for a summary offense, you may be eligible to have your record eliminated.

You are eligible if you meet these qualifications:

• Only Delaware County arrests are eligible
• Only non-conviction charges or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged (non summary convictions cannot be expunged)
• Must have no current criminal charges
• Must not be serving probation time

All participants need to bring a money order made out to Office of Judicial Support for filing fee ($17.50 for Common Pleas Court case and $22.50 for Magisterial District Court case)
