In partnership with State Rep. Joanna McClinton, Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, Widener University School of Law, Lt. Gov. Mike Stack, I invite you to participate in the upcoming Delaware County Expungement Clinic & Pardon Information Session on Thursday, October 13 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Darby Borough Recreation Center located at 1022 Ridge Avenue, Darby PA.

The Office of the Lieutenant Governor will be available to answer questions and explain the pardon process.

You are eligible for an expungement if you meet these qualifications:

Only Delaware County arrests are eligible

Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged (non summary convictions cannot be expunged)

Must have no current criminal charges

Must not be serving probation time
