Sen. Williams, Rep. Waters Invite Residents to Town Hall Meeting on Crime
PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 27, 2011 — A recent spike in burglaries in the Cobbs Creek and West Philadelphia communities has prompted state Sen. Anthony H. Williams and Rep. Ron Waters to organize an upcoming community meeting on crime prevention and community-based solutions.
