Williams has announced an initiative to support local businesses and the community of the 8th Senatorial District. Clean Sweep Philadelphia will promote community pride and local business by encouraging residents to volunteer to clean up areas in the community. \nClean Sweep Philadelphia will begin the week of July 8th and continue thru September 7th.
