SUMMARY:Emergency Public Meeting: Public Safety in Cobbs Creek
DESCRIPTION:In the wake of the recent shooting of a police officer in Cobbs Creek\, there will be an emergency community meeting on Thursday\, January 14 at Bryant School\, 6001 Cedar Avenue\, Philadelphia from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.  \nIn partnership with city Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell and state Rep. Joanna McClinton\, we are hosting this meeting as a means to bring the citizens of Cobbs Creek together. \nOur hope is that we can gain a better understanding of key public safety issues and address concerns that you may have as a result of the shooting of the police officer and other serious issues. \nLet’s stand together\, and show support for one another. \nCome as a concerned neighbor to Bryant School on Thursday\, January 14 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. to learn about neighborhood safety and discuss mental health issues that affect our community. There will be important updates from law enforcement. Opening prayers will be given by faith leaders from our community. \nPlease mark your calendars and plan to attend this very important community meeting.
