Waters (D-Philadelphia/Delaware), and Vivian Miller, clerk of Quarter Sessions and local ward leader. Participants learned how to keep their homes warm and utility bills in check through free weatherization tips and materials. The workshop also featured Shari Williams of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) and Edgar Encarnicion of the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA). |
