Nixon/Cobbs Creek Library are hosting a Mobile Constituent Service Day on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. This event will be held at the Blanche A. Nixon/Cobbs Creek Library located at 5800 Cobbs Creek Parkway, Philadelphia, PA.
Come out and meet the Staff. Ask us questions and tell us your concerns.
