Upcoming SEPTA Service Information
Service Information for Villanova Basketball Championship Parade – Friday, April 8 at 1:00 PM
The Philadelphia region will celebrate the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Champions with a Center City parade Friday, April 8 beginning at 20th and Market Streets and ending at Dilworth Park (City Hall).
Several SEPTA Bus Routes will be placed on a temporary detour and SEPTA will provide extra capacity on the Norristown High Speed Line (HNSL) and the Broad Street and Market Frankford Lines for fans traveling to Center City for the parade. SEPTA expects a regular morning commute on Friday, however; the evening commute, especially on the Paoli/Thorndale Line and NHSL, could be extremely heavy as the parade will end just prior to the start of the evening rush hour.
