Dear Vendor:
Please join us for another exciting year at the 16th Annual Neighborhood-to-Neighborhood
Street Festival and Parade on Saturday, September 3rd. As this event
grows, it offers you a huge opportunity to showcase your wares, market
your goods, and share vital information with the public.
We received very positive comment from last year’s vendors
and based on their suggestions, we are offering an “EARLY BIRD
SPECIAL.” For all payments received on or before
July 28th, you can deduct $10.00 from the published cost.
This event attracts some 3,000 people every year. Neighbors, friends
and community resource providers are key to this day of togetherness,
fun, and activities.
The Parade will kickoff at noon.
Please review and complete the enclosed vendor reservation form and
return it with your payment as soon as possible. Remember, vendor
spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis –
and don’t forget the EARLY BIRD SPECIAL!
If you are a food vendor, be sure to complete the special package
of information provided by the Department of Health. Inspectors will
be on site the day of the event. This very important information will
provide you with the necessary requirements to vend at this worthwhile
event. PLEASE COMPLY WITH ALL THEIR REGULATIONS, INCLUDING:
• Open fires of any kind, including charcoal must be handled
in a safe manner and must be fully extinguished after use and disposed
of in containers you provide.
• You must bring an ABC type fire extinguisher.
• Provide your area with a covering. (Tent)
You will receive your booth number(s) and set-up guidelines at the
vendor check-in on the day of the event, September 3rd. Check-in time
starts at 7:00 a.m.
