HARRISBURG, April 25, 2013 – State Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams and a national advocacy group will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, in the Capitol Media Center, Harrisburg, to push for passage of legislation outlawing the practice of “passing the trash.” When school employees with a history of sexual misconduct move from one school to another, the moniker is uttered.
